This session provides an overview of the implementation journey of two of the largest Automated Distribution Centres in the Southern Hemisphere, delivered by WITRON for Coles Group in Brisbane and Sydney, Australia. It explores the end-to-end IT and operational execution, from initial concept and solution design through to detailed specification, FAT, commissioning, SAT and go-live.
