Eric Mar is the Director of Robotics Solutions and Delivery at Stellaris Robotics, where he leads the development and delivery of robotics solutions for enterprise and industrial applications. He brings more than 20 years of engineering and product development experience across medical devices, electronics, embedded systems, and operational technology, with strengths in solution design, cross-functional leadership, and technology implementation.

Before joining Stellaris Robotics, Eric held engineering and leadership roles in global organisations including ResMed, where he led product quality investigation teams and worked closely with stakeholders to drive product improvements, operational efficiency, and risk-based decision-making. His career spans product R&D, sustaining engineering, root cause analysis, quality systems, and deployment support.

At Stellaris Robotics, Eric works closely with customers to translate robotics capabilities into practical use cases, including solutions that leverage AI, systems integration, and 5G-enabled connectivity to support intelligent operations. At CeMAT Southeast Asia 2026, he will share how humanoid robotics can support the next phase of intralogistics transformation by enabling more adaptive, connected, and scalable warehouse operations.
