Richard Schubert is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Cartrack Holdings Limited since 2017, playing a pivotal role in guiding the company’s global operations and strategic growth. 

Richard’s journey at Cartrack began in 2007 when he joined the company, initially taking on the role of Chief Information Officer (CIO), a position he held for a decade until his appointment as COO in 2017. 

In his capacity as COO, Richard brings deep technical expertise and operational leadership to Cartrack. His background in electronic engineering, combined with extensive experience in information systems and operations management, positions him to oversee and optimise the company’s telematics and fleet-management services, drive global expansion, and ensure operational excellence across Cartrack’s international footprint.
