YK is a results-driven and customer-focused business leader with over 25 years of experience as a senior corporate executive. He possesses a deep understanding of both Eastern and Western corporate cultures, along with extensive multicultural expertise gained from working in global technology organizations. Passionate about organizational transformation, he excels at defining clear strategies, building high-performing teams, and driving profitable growth. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles—including General Manager, Regional Director, Managing Director, Vice President, and CEO—across China, Southeast Asia, and Oceania. With a strong background in industrial and warehouse automation, he has worked across multiple industrial segments, including manufacturing and intralogistics. 

Before joining Libiao Robotics, YK served as Head of Region and Regional Director of New Business at Kardex APAC, where he successfully led operations and business expansion.
