TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to the following terms and conditions.
Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Hannover Fairs Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (“Promoter”), organiser of CeMAT Southeast Asia 2026.
Promotion Period
The promotion opens on 08/04/2026 and closes at 11:59 PM SGT on 30 April 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
Eligibility
To be eligible for entry, participants must:
- Complete a valid registration for CeMAT Southeast Asia 2026 during the Promotional Period
- Attend CeMAT Southeast Asia 2026 in person at Singapore EXPO from 12–14 May 2026
- Be aged 18 years or over
- Provide accurate and complete registration details
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Entry Mechanism
Eligible participants will receive one (1) automatic entry into the random prize draw upon satisfying all eligibility criteria.
Registration alone does not constitute a valid entry. Attendance at CeMAT Southeast Asia 2026 in person is mandatory for eligibility.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- 1 x Grab Voucher valued at SGD $500
Prize is:
- Non-transferable
- Not exchangeable for cash
- Subject to Grab’s applicable voucher terms and conditions
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries within 7 business days following the conclusion of CeMAT Southeast Asia 2026.
The draw will be conducted by the Promoter using a fair and random selection process.
Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the registration details provided during event registration.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, or is deemed ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to:
- Verify the validity of entries and attendee status
- Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits false information
- Cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and used for the administration of this promotion and event communications.
Participation in this promotion does not require consent to receive marketing communications beyond essential event-related correspondence.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:
- Technical issues affecting registration or attendance tracking
- Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
- Any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the prize or promotion
